What is the age range of the participants?
We encourage a wide range of diversity in our participants, which also extends to age. The age range has extended from students in their early 20's to working artists in their late 30's.

How many people will be on this trip?
The program sets out the find the best possible group of people outside the confines of a particular number. In the past, groups have ranged from 15-18 participants.

What are the accommodations like?
While in Bangkok: Clean dormitory style apartments, western style bathrooms, weekly maid and laundry service are available on the theatre premises. (Residency in these apartments is included in the cost of the program.)

What about travel insurance?
Travel insurance is recommended but not necessary. Most insurance covers illness, missed flights, lost luggage, theft, and medical evacuation. You can purchase insurance through various websites. Travel insurance is not provided by the Bangkok Artist Intensive.

Can I speak with someone who has done the intensive?
Absolutely, please contact us at education@theatermitu.org and we will be happy to provide you with contact info for various artists who have participated in the intensive.
